Seasonal grounds maintenance packages provide a comprehensive approach to maintaining outdoor spaces throughout the growing season, ensuring they stay healthy, well-groomed, and safe during each season. These packages are offered in three levels of service to suit your needs.
Here’s a breakdown of what these packages typically include, based on the level of service you are looking for:
- Spring Clean Up – Clean and rake all lawn areas of Mechanically tine rake all lawn areas to help ensure healthy growth. Remove the top layer of mulch only and all debris from planting areas and mulch beds. Create a distinctive edge between lawn and mulch beds.
- Mulch Installation – Provide and install 1” of premium Brown, Hemlock and Black available.
- Weekly Service – Weekly mow service (May-October; some weeks to be skipped due to ) Mow all lawn areas and mulch all clippings. Trim turf growth around obstacles in the lawn areas. Line trim walkways and curb lines as needed. Air rake all hard surfaces to maintain a professional and neat appearance.
- 7-11 Round Lawn Care Package – Applications of Fertilizer, Crabgrass Control,Broadleaf Weed Control, and Grub Control for your lawn. Serviced from early spring to late fall. Please refer to the Lawn Care Package sheet below for more information.
- Fall Clean Up – Remove leaves from all lawn and mulched Remove any spent annual flowers. Cut back perennial grasses and flowers.
- Irrigation Turn-On – Charge all lines with water, set clocks for proper seasonal watering, and make any necessary adjustments to ensure proper irrigation coverage.
- Irrigation Winterization – Remove all water from lines and backflow preventers with compressed
- Fall Core Aeration – Core aerate all turf areas in the fall leasing plugs on the
- Fall Overseed – Overseed all turf areas in the fall with premium grass seed
- Fall Compost – Apply a thin (1/8″) layer of compost to all turf areas in the fall to improve the overall quality of the
- Premium Horticultural/Gardener Services – Care of perennial and annual planting including dead- Cultivation and/or raking of bed areas. Light maintenance pruning of ornamental trees and shrubs. Thorough weed removal.
- 4 Step Tree & Shrub Care – Applications of Horticultural Oil, Spring Granular, Fall Deep Root Fertilizer and Anti-
- Irrigation Seasonal Adjustment – Adjustment of irrigation system according to the season
Optional Add-Ons:
- Customized Tick & Mosquito Control: Offered during the growing season, this all natural application helps to keep disease-borne tick and mosquitoes
- Irrigation and Lighting Systems: Regular maintenance and system checks for sprinklers and outdoor lighting.
- Landscape Design Services: For clients who want to refresh or redesign their outdoor
- Storm Cleanup: For specific cleanup work not covered in regular maintenance (e.g., storm debris cleanup).
We offer these services in packaged programs, with the option to add specific tasks as needed. Packages can also vary in frequency depending on the level of service you require, from weekly to monthly visits.
